In a near-future Earth ravaged by environmental collapse, struggling chemistry student Luke Smith accidentally discovers a drug that allows access to the fourth dimension, making instantaneous travel possible. Before he can profit from the discovery, he is eliminated by Project Exodus, a secret program controlled by powerful corporate and political elites.
Years later, factory worker Lance Stephens is hired as an explorer tasked with surveying alien worlds. As explorers die and colonists are sacrificed in humanity's desperate search for a new home, Lance gradually realizes the true cost of survival.
Eventually, a habitable planet is found. While Earth's ruling class prepares to abandon billions behind, Luke's sister Monica—now a trusted pilot within the organization—uncovers evidence linking her boss to Luke's death.
When the elite launch a final plan to destroy Earth and secure exclusive control of humanity's future, Monica must choose between revenge, justice, and the survival of civilization itself.
