For the second year in a row, we were present at the Great Indian Developer Summit (GIDS) in Bangalore. This year, GIDS celebrated its tenth anniversary.

In March, we attended the very first edition of Devoxx US. We've been to the original Devoxx in Antwerp many times before, and we were curious about the first time Devoxx would take place in the Bay Area.

Last month, Wil-Low attended South by Southwest, better known as Southby or SXSW. SXSW is best known for its conference and festivals that celebrate the convergence of the interactive, film, and music industries. The event, an essential destination for global professionals, features sessions, showcases, screenings, exhibitions, and a variety of networking opportunities.

Testing the Twitter API

After a manual test that increased the number of followers on a Twitter account with 18%, we wrote some code to automate that test. As a result, we now have a system in place that creates a steady increase of followers.

PDF meeting in Paris

The PDF Association is working on a new project, and gathered in Paris to discuss a series of documents that will be explained at the PDF Days in Berlin. Incidentally, Wil-Low just finished its first fiscal year, and that called for a celebration.

In 2015/16, Ingeborg Willaert and Bruno Lowagie (Wil-Low) were voted National Public Champion for Belgium. They were nominated in the category "Entrepreneur of the Year." In the 2016/17 competition, iText is National Champion in the categorie "Business of the Year (0-25M revenue)." This year's votes are open until March 1st: vote iText!
